LEADERS Experience în 2019
THE FIRST EXPERIENCE ACCELERATOR
We’ll spend 5 days near Brasov and begin experiencing in real situations, training & brainstorming, business simulations and will receive constant insight and feedback from the LEADERS trainers.
You will have the chance to know the life stories of 4 leaders from different fields and know how they followed their vision to success and how they overcame their failures.
You’ll set personal goals towards your growth which we’ll help you define, follow and reach throughout the program.
You will learn different leadership models and how to apply each of them in different contexts.
You’ll test your abilities through a 24 hours business simulation in which you’ll lead a real business case.
THE MONTH OF PERSONAL CHALLENGES
You will receive (through phone or e-mail) a daily individual challenge based on your personal objectives. It will be challenging and helpful for overcoming your obstacles.
This challenge can be either personal or social. Either way, you should know that it is designed especially for you.
You’ll have to integrate overcoming boundaries in a natural way as well as finding solutions to your quotidian schedule. It is what we call “experience in real life situations”.
At the end of the day you will file the solution to the challenge on the Experience platform so that your evolution can be constantly monitored and guided.
THE CREATION OF SOCIAL PROJECTS
We’ll have two days of discussion about the social needs and the responsibility of an involved leader and we will brainstorm ideas for projects and the democratic choice of three social projects which we’ll build together from A to Z.
You will have the change to be part of a small, organized team, led by experienced trainers, which will develop and implement the social project you’ll be working on.
You’ll see for yourself that idea structuring is, how to decide on your choices and how to form the perfect team alongside people that believe in the same thing as you do.
BUILDING COMMUNITY PROJECTS
This implies the development of social projects under the careful mentorship and tutoring of the LEADERS trainers.
You’ll be part of a team that takes part in the creation of a good project from research and planning to implementation and facilitation.
The project will be 100% real, ideal for the development of your experience and your social curriculum vitae.
The place will be established based on the project that you and your team will implement so that the entire experience will be authentic, not just didactic.
THE SECOND EXPERIENCE ACCELERATOR
It’s a new merry-go-round of experience and real cases that need solving.
You’ll again test your abilities by implementing in your decisions what you’ve learned so far.
You will still be led by the LEADERS mentors, but will have the opportunity to self-evaluate based on the results received in the first accelerator. And, because a true leaders is inspired, you’ll get the chance to hear new life stories of dedicated leaders and learn from their experiences.
Mid and long term guidance are very important. That’s why everything you learn during the program are applied under capable direction.
The LEADERS trainers are specialized in the young culture and have the know-how to guide to into becoming a good leader in your own context and environment.
As opposed to formal education, you will have the chance to experiment the tight bond with a dedicated mentor. You will have someone to give you advice when you’re face-to-face with a decision as well as a role-model that’s open to long term dialogue.
