A team of Adobe managers get their black belt in communication
For Adobe, LEADERS created an experience type based program for the managers and experts that were noticeable within the company. Required objectives: great influencing abilities, reasoning, negotiation, flexibility. The participants had individual evaluations and an analysis of the team dynamics and had the progress monitored after the program was over.
A real business exercise test the managerial abilities
Fifty second-line managers from Mega Image went through the litmus test provided by LEADERS. For a day, the participants had to make and sell merchandise for some employees’ lunch break. The second day, after the simulation was over, the participants analyzed the way in which they shown their leadership during a debriefing by Daniel Bichis.
Soft skills training for 880 IT students
We delivered 880 training sessions for soft skills like leadership, communication, visioning, over the course of six weeks, to students of Politechnica University of Bucharest and Technical University of Cluj-Napoca for Samsung.
25.000 students chosen for Digital Workshops
The Digital Garage is the largest program related to digital education for students through which Google pledged to reach 25.000 students from all around the country. LEADERS Foundation managed to reach and surpass the target of 25.000 students at the Digital Garage workshops by organizing the Google specialists’ meetings in over 44 cities and triggering the beneficiaries through collaborations with over 25 universities.
Empathy and communication with the patient
We made a project designed for hospital and clinic nurses and front desk clerks which has developing empathy and awareness of the impact of communication as scopes integrated in the relationship with the patients. This relationship is a fundamental element which we addressed through these sessions, working on developing such attributes like: connecting, trust, consciously integrated communication which can be verbal, nonverbal or paraverbal.
Learning Outside the Classroom
We got involved in preparing the design of courses named Learning Outside the Classroom alongside Avenor College International High School, a project for students from the 9th to the 12th grade. With the help of the teachers we created the structure of the course and got involved in its implementation during September – December 2018, the subjects having an entrepreneurial and personal growth component.
