It is a priority for us that your data is in safe hands and your whole experience with LEADERS is an excellent one.

We are the LEADERS Foundation with CIF identification data: 13136455, registration number in the Register of Foundations: 182F/2001, with a registered office in Mihai Eminescu Street, nr.90, flat 8, Sector 1, Bucharest.

The website (www.leaders.ro) aims to facilitate the registration and management of applications for the selection process and access of beneficiaries to the Leaders Foundation programs, namely Leaders Explore, Leaders Experience and Leaders Challenge or any other special initiatives we run.

The data collected will include your name, email, phone, city, education, professional experience and philosophical beliefs.

This data will be stored with the utmost responsibility by Leaders Foundation and will not be distributed to any third party without your consent, regardless of their relationship with the organization.

If you opt for the partial enrolment option or complete the partial form, we will send you one to five reminders for the LEADERS program enrolment you choose. The reminder alerts will consist of SMS or email messages.

The only purpose for which we will use your personal data is for the analysis and selection of the Leaders Foundation programs you enrolled in. If you are not accepted into the Leaders program you have applied for, your data will remain on our server for only 60 days from the date of the rejection submission. If you are accepted into the Leaders program for which you have applied, your data will remain on the Leaders Foundation server, but you may choose to delete it at any time. We will use this data to inform you about the program or future Leaders' opportunities.

By registering to a Leaders Foundation program you can also separately opt to create a user account through which you can edit your applications and verify their status (accepted/rejected). The user account will store information about your name, surname, email, phone, education and city. Additionally, by ticking a separate box in the form, you can subscribe to the Leaders Foundation Newsletter. Newsletter registration is a double confirmation process from the beneficiary, and you can unsubscribe at any time by using the link present in all emails sent to you by Leaders Foundation or by sending an email to office@leaders.ro with the subject ‘I want to unsubscribe’.

We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to monitor traffic. There is also a Facebook tracking pixel on this site.

The server on which we host our data is a service provided by Hostvision and it’s located in Romania and has an SSL certificate.

And yes, the privacy of your data and how we handle it is very important to us. You can always email dpo@leaders.ro to let us know what data we have about you or to ask us to delete your data from our system.

Vom folosi aceste date pentru a comunica cu tine despre desfasurarea programului sau oportunitati Leaders viitoare.

Prin inscrierea la un program al Fundatiei Leaders poti opta separat si pentru crearea unui cont de utilizator prin intermediul caruia sa iti editezi aplicatiile si sa ai acces la stadiul acestora (admis/ respins). Contul de utilizator va stoca informatii cu privire la nume, prenume, email, telefon, studii si oras. Tot printr-o bifa separata in formular poti opta pentru a te inregistra la Newsletterul Fundatiei Leaders. Inregistrarea la Newsletter este un proces cu dubla confirmare din partea beneficiarului, iar ulterior te poti dezabona oricand folosind link-ul prezent in toate e-mail-urile trimise catre tine de Fundatia Leaders sau trimitand un e-mail la adresa office@leaders.ro cu subiectul Vreau sa sa dezabonez.

Pentru monitorizarea traficului utilizam Google Analytics si Google Tag Manager. Pe acest site existe un pixel de monitorizare Facebook Pixel.

Serverul pe care ne gazduim datele este un serviciu oferit de Hostvision si este localizat in Romania si detine certifical SSL.
